Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be subject to a flat rate postage charge of $10. Items will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse via Australia Post.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST the same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST will be dispatched the next day. Please note, this excludes weekends and public holidays.
Packages should be received within 1-3 working days for metro areas and 3-5 working days for regional areas. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please note, the shipping times provided are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We will not be held accountable for incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice after your order is finalised, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
We use a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your parcel in the letterbox or at the front door. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace your order pending an investigation through Australia Post. If this method is chosen and the parcel is stolen, we can not be held accountable. We highly recommend shipping parcels to a work address if you will not be present to collect it.
Our online store currently does not support international postage. If you would like to purchase anything from our online store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order. Postage will be calculated and quoted upon request.
